Technical features and compatibility

POS rolls are designed to ensure optimal feeding and stable images, reducing print errors and wear on the thermal print heads.
Available in a range of sizes, lengths and weights, they are compatible with the main devices on the market, both portable and countertop.

Mara also produces coreless rolls, compatible with NEXI models.
On request they can be customized with logos or advertising messages, making every receipt a quiet but effective branding tool.

Cartotecnica Mara POS rolls come in the two formats most in demand on the Italian market, covering both portable terminals and countertop cash registers.

Both formats are made from high-quality thermal paper and are also available in an FSC certified and phenol-free (BPA-free) version, for sharp printing and a longer-lasting receipt.

Which format should you choose? If you use a portable or handheld POS terminal, 57×20 is the right format in almost every case. For fixed tills and countertop registers, the standard format is 80×80. Coreless rolls for Nexi terminals

As well as the standard formats, we produce coreless rolls specifically for Nexi terminals, among the most widespread on the Italian POS market. This configuration reduces bulk in the paper compartment and minimizes waste, while keeping the same printing and preservation characteristics as the standard rolls.
